Multiple redundant routes
When you route a call to us, our proprietary multiple redundant routing system collects all of the available routes through which your call could be placed. For almost every destination, we have different routes available. Your call is tried through each route in turn until an acceptable connection is achieved. The whole process takes milliseconds, so your customer will not even be aware of the process. But the end result is an extremely high percentage of completed calls. (For recently logged calls, greater than 90% successful completion.)
