Hotel Systems

Hotel phone systems provide a convenient method for guests to make outbound and receive inbound phone calls. Without any expensive switching equipment on premises, hotel systems can be configured so that each room can place and receive calls using a single hotel internet connection. No direct connection to the local phone company is required.

Hotel systems may be confugred as wired systems or as wireless. Wireless systems avoid the need for rewiring existing installations. A wireless repeater can be placed on each floor to provide telephone as well as wireless internet service for each room. In room equipment is a telephone with a wireless birdge that connects it to the hotel internet connection.

Hotel presonnel have instant access to call detail records for billing and checkout.

Apartment Systems

Apartment systems differ from hotel systems in that they are generally billed directly to the individual apartment owner. But all apartments share a common internet connection. Typically, a 500 room apartment can be provided with telephone service on a T-1 or equivalent internet connection.
