VCustom Calling Card Systems

Telopar has a complete phone calling card system in place for you. Our calling card system is completely configurable to your specifications. You set the rates, the number of minutes, the permitted destinations, the charges, miniumum billing and incremental billing. Cards are designed to your specifications.

Our calling card system can be used in either callback mode (User dials in, hangs up. The system calls him back and he makes his call.), or pin access or pinless mode.

Our calling card system can be used in any country where we can get an inbound number.

Calling cards can be set up in a variety of ways:

* Denominated in minutes or currency units

* Minimum per call charge

* Minimum charge increment and billing increments

* Daily or Monthly charges

* Rate Markup

How does it work?

Calling card users dial a special access number (access numbers can be set up in most major countries of the world; in some countries we can offer call free or toll free service.) When they connect the first time, they are requested to enter their username and password, then they are prompted to choose callback mode, pinless mode, or regular pin access mode. On subsequent calls, the call is handled in the mode specified.

That’s all there is to it.

At the moment, our prompts are in English or Spanish, but if you want prompts in another language, you simply need to record them and send to us.
