How to Make a Call

• You will need a computer connected to a high speed internet connection and a headset attached.
• X-Lite
  1. Download the FREE softphone software from http://tinyurl.com/xlite-windows
  2. If you are on a MAC: http://tinyurl.com/xlite-mac
  3. If you are using Linux: http://tinyurl.com/xlite-linux
  4. Follow the 2 minute setup instructions
  5. After you install it, click once in the glass display window and enter 633 in the box.
  6. Press the green tel symbol to place the call.
  7. This will allow you to record and test the quality of your audio.
• Making SIP to SIP phone calls
  • Follow the instructions under X-Lite above
  • To call any other Telopar subscriber, just enter the 7 digit account number of the person you are calling, and press the green telephone symbol.
